i decided that i wanted to swim from alcatraz this year – so it seemed like a good idea to try to do my first triathlon as well – the escape from alcatraz triathlon. wilson, justin (err… sean), and jolene joined me for the adventure. i finished! and i’m hooked! i loved it! here are a couple of pictures – i’ll add a few more shortly.
